I bought this item to help with some symptoms of lumbar spinal compression. I am very pleased with its sturdiness & how it helps to decompress my lower back. It was not difficult to assemble, although I did find one bolt to have stripped threads which required a trip to Home Depot for a replacement. I am thoroughly pleased with my purchase.
