I’ve had a weighted hoop for years and decided to try a smart hoop.
The cons are it’s very noisy and can be tricky to click the bits together. You need to really make sure you’ve connected it properly or it comes apart and fly across the room. I always double check it now and it has not come apart since.
Pros, it’s much comfier than a traditional hoop and it gives you a better work out. I can smart hula for longer as it just feels nicer.
